Introduction

Before proceeding with a reservation, it is essential that you thoroughly read and comprehend the following Terms and Conditions (and address any inquiries you may have with us). By requesting confirmation of your reservation, you are acknowledging your acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions outlined below and affirming that you have thoroughly reviewed the terms of this Contract and are in agreement with it.

Reservation and Payment

Upon receiving a non-refundable deposit from the Traveler and a completed Registration Form, the Tour Operator will confirm the Traveler's place on the tour. Once the deposit is received, the Traveler may change the tour date once without any additional costs, provided that the changes are confirmed at least 365 days before the initial tour date. After this deadline, the deposit becomes non-transferable.

The final payment must be made 90 days before the tour begins. If the Traveler fails to comply with payment schedules or any other applicable policies, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and applicable fees will be charged.

Chargeback Policy

  • Chargebacks may occur due to reservations that cannot be canceled, regardless of whether the reservation is actually utilized.
  • Chargebacks that arise from charges approved by family members, friends, colleagues, or any other individuals with access to your credit card will not be considered credit card fraud.
  • Chargebacks resulting from discrepancies or inaccuracies in the product description.
  • Chargebacks due to force majeure events.
  • Chargebacks due to disagreement with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • Chargebacks for unused parts of the tour.

Cancellations and Refunds

If the company or organizer cancels the tour, the deposit will be fully refunded. However, if the traveler cancels the tour, the deposit is non-refundable. The tour operator may allow the option to book another date for the same tour.

For cancellations made 60 days before the tour begins, a full refund minus the deposit will be issued. Cancellations made 30 days before the tour begins will depend on the expenses incurred by the tour organizer.

Force Majeure

The Tour Operator shall not be held responsible for any loss, harm, delay, or cancellation arising from an Act of God or any other force majeure event. These events may include natural disasters, weather conditions, riots, civil unrest, and more. In such cases, the Traveler may be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a credit for a future tour.

COVID-19 Rules

By making a reservation, you acknowledge the risk of COVID-19 and accept responsibility for any exposure or infection that may occur during travel. You also understand that the tour may be affected by travel restrictions due to COVID-19 and that the tour may be postponed or canceled.

Photographer Policy

The Tour Operator is authorized to capture photographs and videos of the Travelers during the tour, which may be used for commercial or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us prior to the tour.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out

The standard check-in time is 02:00pm. If the traveler arrives after this time and wishes to ensure that a room is ready before the official check-in time, an additional night must be booked.

Choice of Law / Jurisdiction

The resolution of any disputes between the Tour Operator and the Traveler will be determined by the courts in Egypt. Claims will be considered only by the individual, not as part of a class action. The Tour Operator is only liable for compensatory damages.
